DREAM!'s Peer Mediation Program is open to ALL Fannie Lou students. Peer Mediators are an important part of how we help to solve conflicts and improve our school community, and we are looking for more students of all ages and grades to join our team. Peer Mediators who go through this training will develop their skills in leadership, communication, problem-solving, and creating positive solutions for the future.
The training will be twice a week after school, and will focus on hands-on learning, discussion, role plays, and community-building activities. After successfully completing the training, you will receive a certificate that designates you as a trained peer mediator, and will have the opportunity to help mediate real conflicts.
If you are interested in becoming a peer mediator or would like to know more about the program, please talk to or email Julie ([email protected]).
