Throughout the spring we will post ways for staff and students to interact with and contribute to the garden. We will also have a way for classes and advisories to sign up to use the space.

The Bronx River Alliance has invited Fannie Lou to participate in a project to support the polinators necessary for the health of the Bronx River Foodway. This project involves virtual sessions to learn about pollinators (like bees or butterflies), their preferred habitats and their function in an ecosystem. There will be an opportunity to grow butterflies from caterpillars using a kit provided. There will also be opportunities to engage with local community groups and other contributors to the Bronx River Foodway.
